Nor'west Urban Solutions manages real estate project funds to finance sustainable, green real estate development projects specifically in Kitsap County and generally in western Washington State. 

Nor'west Urban Solutions (Nor'west) seeks properties that take advantage of the new urbanism market trend, as well as opportunities provided by Washington’s Growth Management Act which encourages cities and counties in the development of urban infill projects.  Our goal is to reduce urban sprawl by targeting properties where the building or restoration of commercial, mixed-use, and community neighborhoods can be designed for pedestrians, cars, and easy access to public transit while conserving natural environments.

Nor'west and its affiliated companies provide a continuum of services that include; land acquisition, marketing research, design, permit approval, construction and sales.  Nor'west will manage the design and construction process of high quality mixed-use neighborhoods and commercial space that are expected to be very competitive in the market.
