THE COMPANY

Nor'west Urban Solutions, LLC (“Nor'west”) is a limited liability company formed in August, 2007 to manage the financing and ground-up development of five existing real estate projects. With a primary focus on real estate development management, it will also provide financial management and fund raising for each project, research real estate market trends, seek land purchase and development opportunities throughout Western Washington, and provide sustainable solutions to the environmental impact of infill construction.

Each of Nor'west Urban Solutions current and future real estate projects will have a unique objective relating to the development, construction, operation and ownership of sustainable real estate. Each project will have its own private offering from which funds will be used for land acquisitions and project pre-development costs. Actual construction costs will be secured through local bank financing.



THE MANAGEMENT
 

CEO Paul Eberharter has been a licensed architect in the state of Washington since 1996.  He received both his graduate and undergraduate degrees in architecture from the University of Washington, working his way through school in general contracting and gaining valuable construction experience.  His pre-licensure work includes employment with Mithun Partners, Bazemore Associates, Seattle, and The Johnston Associates on Bainbridge Island.  He has operated his architectural firm, Eberharter Architects Inc. since 2000, working for private clients on a wide range of projects such as high-end homes, condominium conversions, spec developers, and a 26 unit co-housing condominium that was completed in early 2006.

Bruce Youngberg, Financial Coordinator & Controller is responsible for the day to day financial administration of the Company. He has been in this position with the Company for the past two years. Mr. Youngberg has nine years experience as a financial coordinator. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies from San Jose State University.
